We want you to love your Kiin Baby essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like headwear and teething accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact, within 30 days of delivery.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
